Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

-50% deposit is required to lock in your desired time and date and is applied to the final balance for your session. You are not booked until your deposit has been made. The remaining balance is due at your scheduled session. Prior to booking, please note, ALL DEPOSITS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are transferable as long as I am notified 72 hours before the day of your session not the start time of your session. Rescheduling your event or session the day of will require a reschedule fee of $150. If I am notified less that 72 hours before the day of your session your deposit is no longer transferable to apply to an alternate date and an additional deposit will be required to rebook your session. Deposits can be paid via Zelle, Cash App, and or online website.

 

-Yes, as long as it’s more than 72 hours (3 days) before the day of the shoot. Anything less will require another deposit for your rescheduled date. Rescheduling your event or session the day of will require a reschedule fee of $150. If I am notified less than 72 hours (3 days) before the day of your session your deposit is no longer transferable to apply to an alternate date and an additional deposit will be required to rebook your session. Deposits can be paid via Zelle, Cash App, and or online website.

 

-Anything past 15 minutes your session will be canceled and you will need to pay a new deposit to reschedule. Please respect my time and be on time for your appointment to avoid a $100 late fee. A late fee will be added to your overall balance if you're late to the session. You must be inside the photography studio or outdoor session at the time of your appointment . Photo proofs will not be sent if balance is not paid in full before or after the session.

 

-The remaining balance is due the day of your scheduled session or event. Please be advised that the remaining balance needs to be paid in full before the start of your session/event , or directly after. If payment isn't paid all in all then a late fee payment of $150 will be added to the overall balance. Remaining payment options are Cash, Check, Zelle and CashApp. Online payments will not be accepted the day of. If you choose to pay online make sure the remaining balance is paid 4 days prior to the day of the scheduled session/event.

 

All retouched images will be delivered via online gallery within 2 weeks after you have finalized your image selections. Please finalize your image selection within 2-3 days after your session. After the 3rd day the online gallery will expire and you will no longer be able to view or access the photos. Please finalize your favorite images within the timeframe of 2-3 days or pay an additional fee of $100 to get the gallery put back. Event edits will be delivered via online gallery 1-2 weeks after the scheduled event. Wedding photos will be ready 6-8 weeks after the wedding date. Wedding samples will be available 1-2 weeks after the wedding as a teaser.

 

After you receive your images via online gallery you can download all digital files that come within your package. You can only print from my online gallery. Please do not print from anywhere else other than the online gallery. I only give photo releases to my online gallery, printing elsewhere doesn't have permission for photo release. I also offer print packages from my studio as an additional add on and quicker proofs on hand. Pricing varies.

 

Yes I recommend bringing a guest with you to your session. However I only allow 1-2 guests inside the studio during your session. Any additional guest will have to wait outside the studio. Please contact me beforehand to let me know how many guests, if any, will accommodate you.

 

Yes I post all my sessions and use them for marking, website, and other content to advertise my business. If you wish to have a private session please let me know in advance. Keep in mind it is an additional fee for a private session in which I am unable to post content from the session.
